Price:
More people means more cleaning, why the price will depend on how many people is staying g in the house.
Basic price is DKK 4,500 pr. week + DKK 250 pr. person.
Example, 2 persons in one week: DKK 4,500 + 500 = DKK 5,000
Cleaning after you leave the house is included in the price. Electricity and Gas are paid according to how much are used.
If you want to stay for more weeks, or outside the normal holyday season, please ask for an offer.
Check-in: Sunday from 3pm. Check-out: Sunday no later than 10am.
The flat
As you enter the flat, you will find an entrance hall, a toilet and a large living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with solid cherry wood and marble, is fully equipped – dishwasher included. The living room has a stove/fireplace, a large sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs. Stairs lead up to a 200 sq. ft. low ceiling loft, furnished with a sofa, 2 mattresses, TV and DVD.
Downstairs you’ll find a small hall giving access to 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with 2 single beds. Here you will also find another toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine.
From both the living room as well as both bedrooms you have direct access to large terraces – 200 sq. ft. on each floor. From these rooms as well as the terrace you have a stunning view of mountains, valleys and the city of Tarcento. There is also a small garden with each flat.
The price per week is 400 GBP, which is 100 GBP below the rental price suggested by the local rental-agency. In return I expect that the teakwood floor, the white leather sofa and all the other nice things will be treated with respect, as if it was your own house. This includes no smoking indoors, leaving your dirty hiking shoes in the hall and leaving your kids finger-paint at home. The rent is the same throughout the year, so I advice that you book high season stays in good time.
Payment: You must pay the rent and a 100 GPB deposit no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Your deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure – if no faults and deficiencies.
According to very strict Italian anti-smoking laws and the fact that 90% wishes a non-smoking apartment, smoking is not permitted inside. Plenty of open and covered terrace-space is at your disposal.
